Do NOT buy or service your car here – they are scam artists and their service department is embarrassing incompetent. After taking my car in for an oil change, I was notify my rear brakes were worn ou artists and their service department is embarrassing incompetent. After taking my car in for an oil change, I was notify my rear brakes were worn out after just 15k total miles and 5k after I bought it - as a Certified Pre-owned no less. The service rep said they would investigate to see what could be done with repair costs. Well, that was last I heard from anyone in the service department. Over a 3 week span, they never called me back, never returned my voice mails or emails. When I contacted the person who sold the car, they responded with “At this point there is not much I can personally do. Except have sympathy for your current situation.” Really, all he can do is provide sympathy? I’ve since found out Honda/Acura lost a class action lawsuit due to faulty rear brakes and legally required to repair them… and still they only response I get is sympathy. Acura of Concord or scam arts – DO NOT buy or service your car there. More
I've had my '30 MDX serviced here twice. Both times I was quite satisfied with the service itself, the price, and the attitude. Just show up and you'll get service that or the next day. So be prepared to drop off the car. More
