Andrew was really great to work with and very helpful and accommodating as I had a used vehicle that I wanted to trade in. The challenge was to find something I could physically fit in, as I am 6'5" tall. One of the final choices was an Acura dealership, Norris Acura. I initially test drove the SUV, model MDX and was quite satisfied with the layout and accoutrements and returned to test drive it again; this time along side the sedan model RLX. That is what I finally decided on. I looked at competitive pricing online and was satisfied I was getting good value. My main contact throughout was Andrew Ortiz; I would not have completed the deal without his participation. He has been helpful with recommending some additional features that will enable me to keep the car in good condition for some time. After watching and reading numerous reviews on the Acura MDX and it's competition, I must say that the 2014 Acura MDX ranks 2 out of 19 Luxury Midsize SUVs. I say this because the 2014 Acura MDX is the best luxury midsize SUV in it's class. It is the most luxurious SUV with 3 Rows seating and #1 in luxury Crossover SUV. Norris Acura West has an excellent team that understand taking care of the customers and building a lifetime relationship with Acura. My wife and I now both own a 2014 Acura MDX, and love it. Her MDX comes with the advance and entertainment technology package, while mine has the technology package. I would say its a difference of $10,000. I expect to see a better color scheme over the years, other than that, the refined ride and handling is excellent. I love the numerous standard features and good fuel economy. Lastly, I purchased the MDX over the 2014 Infiniti QX60, Audi Q7, Lexus RX 350, BMW X5 and Mercedes-Benz M-Class. I hope this post helps you make an intelligent and well calculated purchase. More

The trade-in value for my Honda Accord provided by CarMax was matched by Acura. Also the price I was given by another dealer for the new RDX was not only matched but it was beat by Norris Acura West, so it was a no brainer to buy from them. End to end I had a wonderful experience and I will go here again next time I am buying an Acura. More

My friend who was with me also liked Christopher although he was not involved with the car hunt. I happened to meet Chad on the day I went in to discuss pricing a vehicle. Christopher was due in later in the day but Chad offered to help me and we rapidly came to an agreement on the price of the vehicle and he (being the general manager) approved the deal. The vehicle, a SHD-AWD MDX with Appearance and Entertainment package in Dark Cherry Pearl exterior with Parchment interior had to be ordered and while that vehicle was in transit I made a number of visits to Norris Acura where I met Steve. He always had time to talk with me and really made me feel welcom. All I can say, purchasing the vehicle at Norris Acura West was as pleasant an experience I could ever hope to have.
