I recently took my 2008 Acura TL into the dealership that I purchased the vehicle new from. (different dealer) I was there for a factory recall on the power steering hose. I asked what kind of deals were available and what kind of trade in price I could expect if I traded. The sales manager gave her a figure for the discount and followed with a max they would allow on the trade. To make a long story short, Larry Snyder & Norris Acura saved me between 2500-3000 on the car I eventually purchased. The sales process and the financing went smoothly and without pressure. Own an Acura '03 TL with around 150K miles on it, got the brakes and power steering rack replaced a couple of weeks back, and the next week the transmission went bad and needed replacement. Jeremy in Norris Acura Service Department talked to Acura and managed to work on bringing down the cost. He did an excellent job and kept us well informed about our options. We were seriously debating about putting any additional money on the car. It is a risky gamble but we did take it. The whole reason for buying a premium car came into question but buying a new car wasn't an option so went ahead with the repairs.
