I purchased a new 2008 Acura RL from Norris. At my first service appointment, I met Rob Squibb. Since that first meeting I have always used Rob as my service advisor. His knowledge and enthusiasm has been an invaluable resource to me. Rob has earned my trust and is always a pleasure to meet with. He continually goes out of his way to assist me in any matter, provide me with any applicable service coupons, arrange for car loans when needed,and get my car back to me in a timely manner. He always double checks the service work, preventing me from having to return the car for any glitches.His enthusiam and politeness are always present, independent of any crisis he may be handling. When my first car was totalled and I purchased another 2008 RL from a dealership in Pennsylvania, I, because of Rob, did not hesitate to have Norris do the Mayland inspection, do some paint touch ups, and to "check" out the car. Due to the level of service I receive from Rob, I do not hesitate to recommend Norris at any opportunity. More

I was very pleased with the great customer service I recieved the moment I step in the office, I had a factory recall which was taken care of and there were a see light on my dash board that also was ta recieved the moment I step in the office, I had a factory recall which was taken care of and there were a see light on my dash board that also was taken care of , the seat belt buckle was causing the problem,the tech and my service advisor took care of everything, I was very please, the lobby and seating area was immaculate, thanks again Norris Acura, kudos to Jeff. I had 3 different items I needed repaired on my 2006 TSX. One was a recall on the power steering hose, which was no charge. The other 2 items was repair work on the rocket panel below the right side front an One was a recall on the power steering hose, which was no charge. The other 2 items was repair work on the rocket panel below the right side front and rear doors that was knocked loose and the right side windshield wiper blade holder that had been damaged in a car wash facility. The repairs only took about 90 minutes. My appointment was at 3 pm that day and I was concerned about the car not being ready by close of business but it was with time to spare. Also, I was lucky that they had the rocket panel already in stock and didn't need to special order it. I am quite satisfied with the service I have received from Norris Acura. I will definitely bring my car back when service is needed. More
We brought our 2011 Acura TL in for regular service and a rattle in the overhead area (as well as a small displaced piece in the door area). Regular service was completed quickly and satisfactorily, but the rattle in the overhead area (as well as a small displaced piece in the door area). Regular service was completed quickly and satisfactorily, but there would be a wait to fix the other 2 concerns. However, when I expressed that this was not acceptable due to upcoming vacation, Rob Squibb - our service advisor - went to work immediately and efficiently addressed the issue. He worked to have the matters serviced in a couple of days and offered a loaner car due to the work-time required. All was ready when I entered the Service Area to drop my car off; I even had a choice of loaner vehicles. I was updated courteously and the work was completed on time, as promised. As it stands now, the issues appear to be corrected. Though extremely busy, I found the service personnel and especially Rob Squibb to be professional, friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this dealership and am pleased that we brought our vehicle here. I look forward to exceptional and professional service in the future. Thank you. More
Since 1994 I have purchased three vehicles from Acura West and one from a Dealership in Timonuium (which proved to be a mistake). My sales associate moved and I felt loyalty was an issue so I ventured ou West and one from a Dealership in Timonuium (which proved to be a mistake). I since have returned to Acura West where Rob and the guys treat me like family and make sure I understand everything that is going on at all times with my car and I always leave there feeling like I have been treated wonderful and honestly..(like family). DRIVE NEARLY 40 MILES TO DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP AND WOULD DRIVE ANOTHER 40 IF I HAD TO AND SO SHOULD EVERYONE ELSE!!!! GREAT PEOPLE - CANT SAY ENOUGH !! Have been to Norris to buy parts and for timing belt service. Both experiences were great. Every employee I spoke with was friendly and helpful and the prices were quite reasonable. Every single time I go to Norris Acura, I receive excellent treatment. The service is great from all the employees. I never have to wait that long.
