We were initially skeptical about shopping for an Acura because we’ve had such a great honest, transparent, and collaborative experience with Honda (Fayetteville Auto Park). Service and quality mean a lot to us, and getting a second chance to make a favorable first impression is challenging. Once we emailed the Acura staff about our inability to speak with a representative, they were very responsive, and then we met Perry. From there, once he and Sophie explained how they’re staffed (doing more with less, basically) our initial experience made sense. Perry and Sophie provided us with an exceptional first-time Acura buying experience. Michael, one of the finance managers, was great as well. The three of them are excellent Acura ambassadors and excellent at their craft! We believe if we purchase another vehicle, which we hope to do so in a couple of years, it will undoubtedly be with Acura (Fayetteville Auto Park).
