After the test ride, I was pleased to be able to negotiate a deal and not have any changes made to the invoice during the finance negotiation. I’m very happy with it, and I’m very happy with my salesman, Addys Mejia. (AH-dees) My first two salesmen were “lacking familiarity with cars,” which is why they’re no longer at the dealership. Addys is bright, polite, and a crackerjack salesman. When I took delivery, he stayed with me and explained everything. He set up my phone. He went through and set all the interior options. He explained what all the buttons were. Etc. Third time’s a charm. Addys knows the car inside and out. Finally a salesman with all the answers. Matt and everyone in the service department are wonderful. I am very grateful that nobody was seriously injured in the accident and that such a horrible day led to a very happy outcome. When I asked the owner of the repair shop about new cars, he kept saying, “It’s not an Acura. It’s not an Acura.” I’m glad I took his advice. More
