My rating is based upon the dealership and is not a reflection on the sales person, Lloyd Warble. I would rate the sales experience with Mr. Warble as excellent. Never tired of explaining options on the vehicle or finding answers to my questions. He spent quite a bit of time helping me to understand the functions of voice commands for the navigation system. Overall, a top notch sales person whom I will likely buy from again. I did not rate give the dealership a "Great" rating because the Sales Manager tried to pressure me into making a purchase when I was not yet ready to commit. Like most people these days, I do alot of research on the internet before making a purchase and the fact that I walked into the dealership as a single female should not make me an easy target for a high-pressure sale. Luckily, this is one female who will not be pressured. Bottom line.....ask for Lloyd Warble when your visit Tischer. Thanks and Kudos to Mr. Warble for a job well done. More

At first, I was having an okay experience. Tischer Acura was actually my second Acura dealership that I went to in order to purchase a new 2013 Rdx. I already test drove the car at another dealership and I was actually my second Acura dealership that I went to in order to purchase a new 2013 Rdx. I already test drove the car at another dealership and I knew EXACTLY what I wanted. From the trim, to the color exterior and interior. If the price was right, I would have bought the car that instant. He had me test drive the car even though I already test drove it and it really was just a waste of my time. He knew from the get go what I wanted and it was obvious that they didn't have it on their lot, so he tries to sell me a different color vehicle but I had my heart set on a particular color and I didn't appreciate that he was trying to convince me that the color doesn't really matter, and sure, maybe to some people it doesn't matter but it CLEARLY mattered to me. After about an hour and a half, we FINALLY got to start talking about pricing. There was the typical negotiation and they offered a lifetime tire package and tried to convince me to purchase the vehicle through them. Well as far as the tire package, I've heard that it's a rip off because you end up having to do everything THEIR way if you want to get the tires for free and in the end, you pay MORE than what you would have. We weren't even interested in the tire package. It wasn't a make or break kind of thing. Anyway, with different "deals" on the table, I decided that I needed a little time to make my decision. A $40,000 transaction is something that needs to be carefully thought about so my mom and I got up and said we would call them and let them know and she said to our sales rep to call her if he works something out. Immediately, this short old man (I wish I got his name. And I don't see his face under the list of employees) comes over and tries to convince us but because we said we wanted to think about it, he started to have a NASTY ATTITUDE and he was speaking to us and treating us very poorly and started to LITERALLY PUSH my mother out the door. Like, his hand was PHYSICALLY on my mother, PUSHING her out the door and yelling "You won't be getting a call from us. This is an awesome deal and you're not going to get it because it is a right now deal. You either take it or leave it." Then he throws his pen at the desk right next to us as we were walking out the door. We were disgusted and were humiliated to be treated that way. It was horrible. I ended up going directly to another dealership CRISWELL ACURA and they gave me the car I wanted, for the price we wanted, and it only took a total of 10 minutes, from the moment we walked through the door, to shake their hands and say thank you and move on over to paperwork. I advise you to go to CRISWELL and NOT TISCHER! More

I would absolutely recommend everyone this Tischer Acura. I came to them after a lot of different dealerships and test drives looking for a used vehicle. Simeon was so helpful and so friendly. Joe was kind I came to them after a lot of different dealerships and test drives looking for a used vehicle. Simeon was so helpful and so friendly. Joe was kind and very accommodating. From the minute I walked in, it was a great experience. Buying a car is sometimes tiring and difficult, and they made it easy as possible while working with me to get the best price I could get. I got there in low spirit and left with a smile on my face. Best car buying experience ever! More

He was a wonderful person and a pleasure to work with. I am so very sorry to hear of his passing. I purchased a car for my daughter on Tuesday October 9th 2012 and decided I would shop at Tischer for a new vehicle for myself. I decided on an Acura after speaking with a few friends who own or have owned Acruras. Raven Nelson was my salesperson for both of these purchases. He was extremly helpful in assisting me in chosing a vehicle. I actually came in to look at an RDX...but wound up with an MDX...thanks to Raven. He showed me the MDX first which sold me on the bigger truck. Once the purchase was finished Raven explained to me...the tech system and how to work all the extra features included with the car. I worked with Francis for the purchase on Tuesday...he was EXTREMELY helpful in getting my daughter and me a decent interest rate and explained to us how to help her clear up her credit score. He's got a great personality and is an asset to your Team. His knowledge about finance really helped us get Melanie on the right track. I worked with Jean on the purchase on Saturday...she's very knowledgable and worked hard to get me a great interest rate. She made me feel like we were old friends...I'm VERY happy with her expertise...as she helped get my payment to a point where I am comfortable...She was wonderful to work with... Lastly...Thanks to Danny...as he really was a very nice man who looked out for us...gave us a fair deal and we drove away HAPPY... More

I decided to go with Tischer Acura after negotiating with other dealerships on the phone. The aspect that stood out to me was that I was able to get the same price for the vehicle PLUS free tires for life. other dealerships on the phone. There was back and forth over negotiation with Anthony and Joe Cullen, but we finally agreed on a price. I appreciated the fact that the negotiation process occurred completely through the phone. I didn't have to discuss the cost when I actually went in to purchase the vehicle. Filling out the paperwork and finance documents with Patrick Onyekweli was smooth. Patrick made sure to get through everything clearly and quickly. The dealership was busy that day, but they got me in and out as quickly as possible. They were so busy that Anthony, actually had to personally go fill the gas tank up (no one from the service department was free because it was busy). That said a lot. Overall, I would recommend a friend to Tischer Acura, Anthony, Patrick and Joe. I had a pleasant experience! More

Tischer Acura is truly a “family-oriented” company with an exceptional focus on the customer and service. In doing my research I visited a great number of dealerships and I can honestly say that Tischer is the exception to the rule and that there is no auto dealer in this area that can hold a candle to the way they do business with their customers. Danny Sauro, his entire sales and support staff, and their customer service group made my auto buying experience a pleasure. They welcomed me and treated me with respect, almost a forgotten principle in our fast paced world which demands immediate gratification with little focus on building and sustaining enduring long-term customer relationships.
