The dealership was very patience holding my vehicle for me while my insurance company paid off my old vehicle and getting other monies to buy truck. While signing I notice that the $15 had not been taken off what I owed for the truck. I was told he would give it to me. He didn’t give it to me. I was told after calling back to the dealership that I have to return to dealership that promised to give it to me. There should be a way to mail it to me since the finance guy didn’t give it to me. I hope all the items I signed will be mailed to me. All and all everyone was very nice. Phe was very customer serviced oriented. I’m having trouble signing into and completing the Acura link. My initial interaction was overwhelmingly positive, as I was able to locate a vehicle and make a decision within a day. However, within a week of acquiring my new vehicle, I was notified of an error in my c was able to locate a vehicle and make a decision within a day. However, within a week of acquiring my new vehicle, I was notified of an error in my contract and requested to sign a new one. I complied and did so. Subsequently, I received another call after signing my second contract and was asked to sign yet another new contract. After 30 days, I followed up to inquire about the status of my paperwork and discovered an error. After several attempts to contact someone who could assist me, I was finally able to speak with someone who helped me resolve this issue. This process necessitated the signing of another “new” contract. As of almost 5 months later, I have yet to receive my vehicle registration tags. More
