Great end to a long day Totaling our car resulted in a "have to" trip to find a replacement. He identified the specific RDX I had seen and spoke with Adam about the terms of the deal. We quickly all came to an agreement where everyone was happy. We drove to Little Rock the next day. We inspected the new car and Adam checked our trade-in to verify it was what we represented. Chris filled-in on the finance side and we closed the deal quickly and with no hassle. She never gave me the feeling she was rushed or less than one hundred per cent committed to ensuring that I had a good experience there.
