I arrived into the garage no one approached me. I finally got out of my car to walk into the building. There were two men standing and one man sitting all talking amongst each other. I didn’t know I finally got out of my car to walk into the building. There were two men standing and one man sitting all talking amongst each other. I didn’t know who to give my keys to because no one acknowledge me as if I wasn’t there. I walked around further into the building where I saw a lady who worked there. I asked her who should I talk to regarding my oil change appt and she pointed to those three men who just completely ignored me. It was the worse customer service experience I’ve ever had here. More

Nothing wrong with dealership, communication with service department is bad. Made my appointment per phone call & told her I wanted oil change & service.
