We purchased our Acura in xx. Louis, Missouri, on 6/27/26, and a safety recall was disclosed at that time. We didn’t know what type of service we’d receive since Acura of Little Louis, Missouri, on 6/27/26, and a safety recall was disclosed at that time. We didn’t know what type of service we’d receive since Acura of Little Rock did not sell the Acura to us. When we arrived for our appointment, we were impressed with our conversation with the Service Manager, Maddie Smith, who thoroughly explained the recall issue. Maddie told us her master mechanic would inspect our vehicle to determine what service would be required. Maddie and her team members were friendly and very professional. She and a member of her team kept us informed during the process as we relaxed in the comfortable waiting area. I specifically requested the names of the service team, and understand Drew, Steve, Michael, and Frank contributed to successfully resolving our safety recall issue. We look forward to having our vehicle serviced by a team in which we have complete confidence in, after such a great experience. More
