I had a great experience. The staff was professional and prompt. I was in and out for my oil change and tire rotation in 30 minutes. Unable to reach local service staff via phone or email. Left messages with call center and sent emails asking for local branch to call me, no response. Offsite call center doesn’t properly communicate with local office. Things like if the loaner is ready and car repair status doesn’t sync with local office. This resulted in me making extra trips to the dealership for no reason. Service Advisor clearly unhappy with job, he later quit. Young kid trying his best to pick up the pieces. He’s untrained, struggling, and in over his head. I’ve had good luck with Acura of LR in the past, someone needs to step in and help them get back on track. More

I am having trouble with my car not starting. It only happens every so often. Chris has been wonderful trying to get it fixed for me.
