We purchased a pre-owned Acura from an out-of-state dealer and took the vehicle in to Acura of Little Rock for a recall fix. The service manager, Maddie Van Horn, thoroughly explained the process of r dealer and took the vehicle in to Acura of Little Rock for a recall fix. The service manager, Maddie Van Horn, thoroughly explained the process of resolving the safety recall issue. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The master mechanic assigned took great care to resolve any safety issues, and Maddie kept us informed during the process. Since we didn't purchase the vehicle at Acura of Little Rock, we were very impressed with the personal attention and prompt care we received.
