We bought a used Buick Encore and within a month the catalytic converter went out. We added on their suggested warranty, and it did not cover anything, not even the diagnostic charge. We will not be buy catalytic converter went out. We added on their suggested warranty, and it did not cover anything, not even the diagnostic charge. We will not be buying anything more from this dealer. I would warn everyone thinking about it to really make sure you're getting what you pay for. More
