I made an appointment but unfortunately due to illness could not attend. When I tried to call and cancel, the automated call would just say no one is available. Unable to reach local service staff via phone or email. Left messages with call center and sent emails asking for local branch to call me, no response. This resulted in me making extra trips to the dealership for no reason. Service Advisor clearly unhappy with job, he later quit. Young kid trying his best to pick up the pieces. He’s untrained, struggling, and in over his head. I’ve had good luck with Acura of LR in the past, someone needs to step in and help them get back on track. More

I am having trouble with my car not starting. It only happens every so often. Chris has been wonderful trying to get it fixed for me.
