Have a 5 year 60,000 bumper to bumper warranty and did not want to fix a defective part. Had to file a complaint with corporate to get it fixed. The part was fix and the technician did it right but I was not want to fix a defective part. Had to file a complaint with corporate to get it fixed. The part was fix and the technician did it right but I was just floored on the process to get it payed for. Car only had 11,000 miles. More
