Me and my boyfriend went to this Acura Dec 31st, an hour before closing and were mistreated by a older man that worked there. My boyfriend was interested in viewing the Integra, while asking questions abou before closing and were mistreated by a older man that worked there. My boyfriend was interested in viewing the Integra, while asking questions about the car he asked if it was within our budget then my bf said yes. Immediately after he rudely asked if he could afford this car, my boyfriend answered yes! Then he said you sure? Then my boyfriend said yes! Then he said you sound awfully confident. After he said that I said to him that’s a little rude to be asking that so many times & that me and my boyfriend make very good money and we could afford the car. I was offended by the way he said it and suggested to my bf we leave and go to another Acura dealership and the man even said Yes I think you should do that! I was shocked by the whole experience. This man was extremely unprofessional and for whatever reason judged us and made us feel like we couldn’t afford purchasing this car. I don’t think any customer should ever feel like this when going to a dealership. I’ve been to many dealerships and have never been treated this way. I will not be returning and suggest going elsewhere. More
