Extremely disappointing Accepted a negotiated price, left a deposit. When returned to close the deal, they reneged on the original deal. Apparently, someone gave us the wrong quote and there was much miscommunication among the staff which is not our fault. We spent hours renegotiating. We paid the price for their error in time and cash!! Worked with 2 other dealers-wish I chose one of them. Do NOT recommend going there!! More

SALES: If you do your homework, you'll find that there are other Acura dealers (even out of CT) where you can get a much better deal when leasing or buying a car than Acura of Milford. Once you do, the difference is such that you have no choice but to stay wondering: ...was this guy trying to rip me off??? SERVICE: Just brought my 2015 TLX for service (which I purchased on another dealer). Advice: keep your cool, otherwise you'll end up punching the service adviser in the face. They don't even give you a courtesy carwash after the service, and when you confront them about it, they lie! This guy told me, what you expect? Its a courtesy wash! Also, please note that management gives sales goals to the service people. YES!, The service department has a board in their office stating what their "sales objective" is for the month. Makes you wonder if you really need that part or service they say you do... More

Empathy is Free This is the second time I have the same experience at the Acura of Milford. I have been been an acura loaner close to a decade now and have never had This is the second time I have the same experience at the Acura of Milford. I have been been an acura loaner close to a decade now and have never had a complaint with the service representatives at any dealership. Generally, they go out of the way to make the service process as smooth as possible. Nelson must have saved this dealership tons of money by inconveniencing customers one service at a time. He seems to always have some sort of excuse as to why you should just leave your car there for an annoying amount of time and not be provided a loaner. They either don't take your tire insurance, which has been previously and since honored by dealerships other than the vending/participating one, or they get you into the dealership telling you that you can get a loaner for the service you need but when you get there inform you that the wait is long and that they can only loan to the name on the policy. This has yet to have been an issue at other dealerships for me. Nelson always looks truly sorry for the inconvenience he has caused but doesn't provide any solution where the customer has any other choice but be inconvenienced. Like I said empathy is free, will not go back or recommend. More
