Empathy is Free This is the second time I have the same experience at the Acura of Milford. I have been been an acura loaner close to a decade now and have never had This is the second time I have the same experience at the Acura of Milford. I have been been an acura loaner close to a decade now and have never had a complaint with the service representatives at any dealership. Generally, they go out of the way to make the service process as smooth as possible. Nelson must have saved this dealership tons of money by inconveniencing customers one service at a time. He seems to always have some sort of excuse as to why you should just leave your car there for an annoying amount of time and not be provided a loaner. They either don't take your tire insurance, which has been previously and since honored by dealerships other than the vending/participating one, or they get you into the dealership telling you that you can get a loaner for the service you need but when you get there inform you that the wait is long and that they can only loan to the name on the policy. This has yet to have been an issue at other dealerships for me. Nelson always looks truly sorry for the inconvenience he has caused but doesn't provide any solution where the customer has any other choice but be inconvenienced. Like I said empathy is free, will not go back or recommend. More

I took my 2014 MDX in for service because my airbag warning light came on. Joe in service has always given me first class service and treated me very well. He found that the ground wire in the airbag warning light came on. Joe in service has always given me first class service and treated me very well. He found that the ground wire in the airbag / steering wheel harness was torn when Acura by Executive installed the heated steering wheel when I purchased the vehicle. I am so thankful that they quickly found this problem and fixed it right away! I feel much safer driving my MDX after it was properly serviced by Acura of Milford. I highly recommend this dealership for service, they exceeded my expectations and I look forward to returning to this dealer for my future service needs! More
