He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever, there was no slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accommodating service. After I decided on a TLX the process was absolutely painless. They did not have the choice of colors and packages I had chosen but they located the car very quickly and I was able to pick up the car immediately.
