I went to have service for a recall issue. When I arrived, I asked if someone could check on another issue if there was time to do so. Attached to my windshield there is a rain sensor which regulates arrived, I asked if someone could check on another issue if there was time to do so. Attached to my windshield there is a rain sensor which regulates how often the intermittent wipers are activated. This rain sensor is covered by a plastic cover, similar to one for a fuse box. This plastic cover came off and I was unable to reattach it figuring the notch had snapped off or something. Without this cover, the sensor itself hangs downward by several wires unable to react. I temporarily taped it against the windshield with electrical tape so that it could function properly. I was told that the cover could not be reattached, that I would have to replace the entire windshield including the rear view mirror because everything was built in to the windshield and that the cost was roughly $450. I am not saying the customer service representative was in any way at fault and I have absolutely no grievance with her as she was simply the messenger of a diagnosis given to her my the actual auto technician. I believe the technician did not realize the true issue was simply reattaching the plastic cover which I left in the car for their inspection, or the purchase of a new cover that I told the customer service representative I could snap on myself. Afterwards I received a phone call survey and explained to them of my experience. I then received another phone call from the customer service representative herself asking me why I had rated my experience as an eight instead of a ten and she was very concerned about not receiving a perfect score. I told her the rating of an eight was not about her, but of the overall experience. $450 seems like a ridiculous amount of money to correct such a minor issue. Wouldn't you agree? More

After speaking to Marc Rediker, the general manager of the dealership, we were able to resolve our issue. Marc Rediker took our complaint very seriously and resolved it in a very professional manner. From this experience, I can say that Acura of Ocean has very high customer satisfaction standards. I will continue to be loyal to Acura of Ocean and would reccomend Acura of Ocean to anyone considering to buy an Acura and if you have any issues or concerns, contact Mr. Marc Rediker. I had a very wonderful experience. I had asked for a white car and there were none at the dealership. Mark said that if I wanted white he would find me white. He called a couple of days later to tell me white car and there were none at the dealership. Mark said that if I wanted white he would find me white. He made sure I knew how to work the car before I drove away. He made leasing this car an easy, stress free experience. More
I felt very comfortable dealing with the salesman Rob Fishman. I leased the vehicle that I was interested in for the price I had in mind. Was very happy with buying experinece. Salesmen was very courteous and was well informed about the car. The only problem was that they could not put plates on my new car also inside wasn't as cleaned as I t courteous and was well informed about the car. I have never had a better car buying experience in my life. Dave was exactly as he said he would be, a straight shooter. There was no gimmicks to his approach and was truthful the entire way. They did what they had to make the sale i brought in a competitor offer and they matched. I had 2 months left on my old acura lease with a lot overage miles on it. we reach an agreement where i paid extra competitor offer and they matched. However a month later i got a bill from acura financial for the excess millage charge and had to pay. I went in after that multiple times and called them as well only to be brushed off not nice of them very shady. would not expect from such a reputable dealer More
The friendly informative staff were very accommodating and even suggested we test drive more thsn one model vehicle to better contrast the vehicles and it was beneficial. I recently brought my vehicle in for routine service. As always Alison in the service department was very polite and addressed all of my concerns.
