I recently brought my vehicle in for routine service. As always Alison in the service department was very polite and addressed all of my concerns. Appointment made to service car was pleasant and easy. Alison was very friendly. The day of the service, all went well and I had Alison again as my front desk rep. Over all sales experience was way better than a previous Acura dealer I dealt with. I rated all areas as "good" not that they don't deserve a great rating but mainly because nobody I deal with in any situat Acura dealer I dealt with.
