I recently brought my vehicle in for routine service. As always Alison in the service department was very polite and addressed all of my concerns. From the time I walked through the front door and was greeted by a service representative to the time I picked my vehicle up from service I was constantly kept in the loop of what was going on with my vehicle. Appointment made to service car was pleasant and easy. Alison was very friendly. The day of the service, all went well and I had Alison again as my front desk rep. Having had a loaner which was "My" car, only in black I asked, upon return, why theloaner seemed to be a smoother ride; was able to raise the driver's seat higher than in my car, and what a little blue light in between the courtesy lights above the rear view mirror was. Over all sales experience was way better than a previous Acura dealer I dealt with. I rated all areas as "good" not that they don't deserve a great rating but mainly because nobody I deal with in any situat Acura dealer I dealt with. I found Acura of Ocean on line & requested a lease quote on a 2013 MDX with tech package. After receiving a reply, I called & spoke to Joe ? who set me up with an appointment with Mark Klang after quote on a 2013 MDX with tech package. After pulling my hair out of my head talking to all the other dealerships, I was estatic to finally talk to someone that was not bullshitting me and changing the deal every 5 minutes. Dan Rupp, the manager came through with everything he said, had a no nonsence approach that made the sales process super easy. Eugene and Mark helped out during the sales process and paperwork and were great guys to work with. Everyone at the dealership made it very easy and comfortable.
