This is our 3rd Acura vehicle and 2nd time with Mr. Fishman as our salesperson. First of all, he's a really good lookin' guy. And he smells nice. I was called in by Jeff Halpern to return my MdX early for a new one to pay less than what I was currently paying. I thought it was odd & unprofessional when he starting text messaging me about the deal b for a new one to pay less than what I was currently paying. I thought it was odd & unprofessional when he starting text messaging me about the deal because I told him I could not speak @ work. Over 2 days we came to a deal & "supposedly" had the paperwork ready & all I had to do was come in to switch cars & pay. I then find out that he had already went ahead & charged my card for $1000 & he told me his receptionist made a mistake & that I had to come in w/the card for the refund. I gave him the benefit of the doubt & went in to only find out more lies. He lied about the price , details of the lease & best of all lied to my face in front of his manager when I interrupted their conversation to question what was going on while they spoke privately.. Jeff had me drive an hr & 1/2 from where I live w/my newborn baby to waste 3 hrs of my day to be lied to and annoyed. I ended up getting my car from the manager after showing him all the lies & text messages. I would highly suggest to never ever use Jeff or this dealer ship which employes such a sacadalious inconsiderate liar. Jeff Halpern is unprofessional & dishonest! More
