Hi Marc, Unfortunately my experience yesterday was beyond unexceptable. I normally don't take time to write reviews but this experience really really upset me. I have leased my past 4 vehicles w/Acura & my past 2 with your dealership. I only switched dealerships from Acura of east Brunswick to yours because i knew Randy Snieder & I followed her reccomendation. I delt with Jeff through text message which I thought was odd but just assumed he was eager to keep me a happy customer. Jeff is a liar & lied to his manager & myself right in front of each other & Laid blame of my credit card being overcharged on his receptionist who had nothing to do with this issue. I came in w/my newborn baby, drove an hour & a half each way & spent 3 hrs in your store to deal with Jeff's back and forth lying. In the end I did purchase my vehicle with Jeff only because I don't have the time to go back & forth & my belongings were already moved over to the new vehicle & I didn't want to be bothered. Jeff lied all the down to the last piece of paper to be signed & thank god I caught the $1800 mistake . Feel free to contact me if you need more details. He even lied about all weather mats which were promised because he so much valued my loyalty. In my opinion Jeff is distructive to your business & if he did it to me who knows how many other times he's lied to customers & to his managers. 7327180010
