Had to have my Acura TL towed to the dealership after a computer/AC malfunction. At first I was told that the repairs were going to be so costly that it would not be beneficial to fix the car. After spea computer/AC malfunction. At first I was told that the repairs were going to be so costly that it would not be beneficial to fix the car. After speaking with Steve Cotter, he helped get Acura to pay for some of the repairs. Kudos to the whole team. This is my 4th Acura and you have renewed my commitment to staying with the Acura name. Awesome experiance. Got a flat around the corner after service hours. The sales floor manager and the receptionist managed to get me in and out with a loaner in 15 minutes..8pm at night and took care of service hours. I am a repeat customer of Ocean Acura, I went in to look at a new model that had just come out ( ILX) with several months still left on my current lease not thinking I could do anything yet. Dave approched me and was very friendly & honest & low &n behold I have a new ILX. I have to say I have purchased many many cars over the years & I have to say that this was the quickest & smoothest purchase I can rememeber. Dave was great & I really liked working with him as well as his follow up. Sure I will be going for my 3rd Acura in the future & will surely make the purchase at Ocean Acura More
Peter was very clear in answering all of our questions about the car and the price. He was very patient with us. I brought my Acura RDX to have my air conditioning diagnosed and repaired. Alison Peterson was my service advisor. While she was wonderful, I had a difficult experience with my getting my car's prob diagnosed and repaired. Alison Peterson was my service advisor. While she was wonderful, I had a difficult experience with my getting my car's problem FIXED. I had to take my car into the dealership THREE times, and I am still not confident that my air conditioning is fixed. It is functioning now, but I have had INTERMITTENT problems in the past month. I cannot say whether or not it was the nature of the problem or the service technicians at the dealership. After taking my car in three times, I am cautiously hopeful that the problem was corrected. In any case, Alison understood my frustration, always provided me with a loaner care, and made sure I was not charge for the last service appointment. More
