The sales staff at Ocean Acura were courteous and professional. In general I believe they did their best to get me the deal I wanted. One of the most pleasurable experiences we've had in purchasing our new Acura RDX SH-AWD. We were connected to this dealership via Internet Sales Manager Jay. Robert is very knowledgeable, efficient and extremely customer focused and when you walk away from the dealership, you know you have received a good deal. It was also given a fair price for our used Honda Accord and there were no hassles when we picked up our new RDX. From sales by internet to finance (handled by Ciro), everyone with whom we dealt with during the transaction, were very polite, friendly and helpful. Stay away!!! I signed all the documents, left a Stay away!!! I signed all the documents, left a deposit... they called 2 days later and said that they can't honor the deal.... than 4 hours late Stay away!!! I saw a used non Acura online on their website and wanted to check it out for my son. When I arrived I was met by Rob Fishman who helped me with any questions that I might have.
