This new purchase was not our first time here @ Acura of Occean. My husband and I have had four vehicles the most recent being a RDX purchased in May '11. I was connected to this dealership via Internet Sales Manager Jay. Jay handed me off to salesman George Notte who was very friendly and took us out for a test drive. I made an attempt to purchase an Acura MDX 2012 and the salesman was fine but his Boss was pushy and very in willing to admitthey couldn't complete the process.I was ready to buy a new vehicle with Tech/En salesman was fine but his Boss was pushy and very in willing to admitthey couldn't complete the process.I was ready to buy a new vehicle with Tech/Ent package and he kept pushing a lower model with the after market Install .My kids were tired and wanted to go home and we were there for 2hrs and they still didn't get me a price on my trade in till the end.He kept insisting for my credit card and I kept saying My kids are exhausted and have school tomorrow and he could care less.I finally purchased from Precision Acura who was perfect in every way.Ocen claimed to have lower fees than all but DIDN'T........ Once my wife and I decided which car we wanted, we called a few dealerships to compare prices. Ocean had the best price by far and was most eager to work with us. The sales manager actually took my call and gave me the best price off the bat. Then he handed it over to Rob Fishman who handled our business with care and professionalism. He met us in the parking lot as we pulled into the dealership, had everything waiting for us and took the time to explain all of the features of the vehicle we'd just purchased. He was thorough, friendly and courteous to say the least. Although Acura of Ocean is an hour away from where we live, it was well worth the price and experience overall. More
