In the end-dsappoint Last month, I wrote a review about this dealership and the salesman, Irwin Baker. He made buying a car very easy and I am grateful for that. However, throughout the process he told me that he would always be available even after the sale should I have any problems. Within a few days of owning the car, it began to make tapping and rattling sounds. I called Irwin and he arranged for me to come back and have it serviced. Again, he told me if I wasn't happy to let him know and he would help me. I took the car back for service twice and the rattles and taps have not gone away, I emailed Irwin and asked for his help. He emailed me back that he would speak with the service department and assured me he "would not drop the ball on this." That's was almost 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard back from him. Buyer beware:a salesman will tell you anything you want to hear until the sale is made. After that-you're pretty much on your own. At was al ost3 weeks ago and haven't back from him. More
