Our first visit to Napelton's Palm Beach Acura (PBA) was to test drive a 2010 TSX. Mark helped us out and was awesome - able to tell us the info on the car, options, etc and allowed us to take both the 4 a to test drive a 2010 TSX. After narrowing our choices to the TSX V-6 with Tech package (between IS350, C350, and TSX), we then worked with A.J. Hasty through edmunds.com on the price of the car. (The last three Honda/Acura vehicles I have purchased were also done this same way) Between Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, Orlando, and Tampa, PBA had the best price on the car we wanted - and had it in stock. After a quick email exchange with A.J. and confirmation of the price of the car (didn't want to get there and there be a catch like you so often hear of) we headed in and expected to head right to the paperwork to lock it in. A.J. instead wanted us to drive "the" car and ensure it was 100% the right car for us - which we again did and locked it in. White pearl, parchment interior, 280hp V-6, and tech package. We sat down on the paperwork, which was exactly as emailed (i.e. prices, etc.), and did the necessary paperwork to complete the transaction. This went quickly and smooth, as one would always hope. Following the paperwork, A.J. spent an hour or a bit more on the tech package in the car with us - setting up our bluetooth/phones, how to use the voice recognition system, traffic, weather, and all the goodies we never had in our prior Honda's/Acura's ('98 Integra, '02 Civic, '04 S2000, '05 Element, etc.). I was not expecting this level of help and service, and both my wife and I were really impressed with the "make it right" attitude. Awesome. On top of the above, we have come to know the legendary Honda/Acura reliability (Honda makes Acura btw) and know this car will be with us for quite a few great years. We also known that this dealer met the same level of service in ensuring we got what we came in for without any pressure to "buy now" or to up-sell us. Thanks A.J.! Robert More
My wife and I were treated very well. I had one oil change. They did find my battery needed to be replaced after six months. Saved me from on the road problem. We found a Used Acura online and drove almost 160 miles after being called and told that if we came in they would take $1000 off. When we arrived they claimed that the price was not certified online...whic after being called and told that if we came in they would take $1000 off. When we arrived they claimed that the price was not certified online...which is was...and that they couldn't do any better. They claimed that they paid the same price for the car and that they weren't making any moned on it! HA! Offered to throw in 3 months XM radio....which XM pays for anyway. Then we got the hard sell in Financing that we needed to but the additional Warranty because these used cars have "3 computer systems that break down all the time" and "do you see how busy how is Service dept is???" "what about the tire warranty?" Looking back I should have gone back to Pat and said "your finance person said that these cars are constantly in the shop so why are we buying it???? I'm going to need the initial $1000.00 off you promised me to begin with." Too emotionally drained to walk away after looking at cars for 2 weeks and driving 3 hours to drive this car!!! If they would just be up front and honest in the beginning it would be a totally different experience altogether! I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. More
I came in on the internet and A.J. gave me the exact price that they quoted over the internet along with more money for my trade than the so called "largest dealers" in the world did. I did not have th price that they quoted over the internet along with more money for my trade than the so called "largest dealers" in the world did. I did not have the sales pressure that was applied at the "bigger dealers" down south. Come to find out, in real life they are not number 1 and if customer service is remotely considered Palm Beac Acura is Number 1 for me. More
