Originally, I was a service customer at Napletons. I received expert assistance and advice from the service department led by Service Manager Dave Marshall. Mr. Marshall went the extra step in working with Acura to get needed warranty service done on our MDX. Because of the great service that we received, we purchased a brand new MDX from the dealership in late 2012. The process was simple and the vehicle was prepped and ready to go when planned. My husband and I went to look at the new Acuras that just came out. We had shopped online and we had been in contact with several other Acura dealers. Gigi Wilson was the most professional and knowledgable came out. We had shopped online and we had been in contact with several other Acura dealers. Gigi Wilson was the most professional and knowledgable Manager we have ever come across. At most other Dealers the manager would not even come out to meet us. She not only made the deal for us she beat all the other offers we had. The transparency of the deal process was amazing and we would never ever go any where else. Our daughter is also now driving a new Acura from Napleton's. If you want a good deal and want to be treated like a human being go there and ask for Gigi Wilson OR Mark L. The dealership provides a seamless process and the entire team is on the same page. KUDOS!! Hang on to these two, they are a great assett to your company! More
I previously brought my acura in for service and a full inspection. I was advised that all fluid levels were checked and everything was good with my car. 1 month later my transmission failed, and come to f inspection. I was advised that all fluid levels were checked and everything was good with my car. 1 month later my transmission failed, and come to find out there was no transmission fluid in my car. I brought it back to the dealership and the service adviser was extremly rude and refused to admit that the tech that worked on my acura failed to check my transmission fluid level. It is extremely dissappointing that now a days quality service does not come first. Peoples lives are in the hands of these technican when a car is brought in for service or repair. I am a unsatisfied customer that will never go back to this acura dealership. Not to mention I also previously purchased a certified pre-owned acura from this dealership about 5 months ago and has been back for service 6 times already. I am to the point now where I do not trust the techs ability to service vechicles at this dealership. I have had nothing but horrible experiences at this napelton palm beach acura dealership and I am ready to trade in all 3 of my acura vechicles. I recently had 2 service experiences with my brand new MDX. Most recently I took it on for a planned scratch repair, navigation freeze and transmission trouble. I was a little surprised that it took 8 da MDX. Most recently I took it on for a planned scratch repair, navigation freeze and transmission trouble. I was a little surprised that it took 8 days to hard start the navigation and test drive for the judder. After a comedic host of mistakes and mishaps during my last service attempt there (3 attempts to put the correct sidesteps, three attempts to pick my car up to find it was not ready, a scratch not fixed, wind guard not placed, and many more), The service manager told me that he would personally handle my future services and to contact him directly for all service issues in the future. Of course he has not personally responded to any of the three times that I contacted him. Additionally, at the end of the last service misadventure over a month and a half ago when the scratch repair had been totally forgotten, he told me to "give him a week because it takes about a week to get an appointment at the body shop" and he would have my car picked up and taken to the body shop to do a better repair on that scratch than what would be done by the guys who come to the dealership on thursday/Fridays for small scratch fixes. A month later I called him directly to find out what happened and then recieved an email reply by the staff. You can imagine my surprise when I finally hear something after 8 days now and I am told that the paint guys never came by last week to look at the car. No bodyshop? After he told me those paint guys would do a much less adequate job? This whole experience is starting to feel like a bad and deceitful relationship. And I still don't have my car back :(. I geuss I will have to keep posting reviews everywhere I can until I get my car back and maybe even a call back. More
Richard has been my service writer for years and he's always helpful, courteous and very informative when I have any questions regarding my vehicle. I serviced my 2010 TSX at Rick Case for many years and ever since the service manager Dave Marshall has left and went to Napleton's Palm Peach Acura, I now drive an hour for service and repairs. My service consultant Richard McDaniels has given me excellent service and goes above and beyond, I was having trouble with my Bluetooth and Richard came to my house after hours and paired my Bluetooth and programmed my garage door for me. This is the level of service that I believe I deserve and will continue driving an hour north to service my Acura with Richard McDaniels and Dave Marshall. I have now owend 6 Acuras in the last 12 years and I feel that ever since Dave Marshall left Rick Case Acura, the level of service has greatly declined and it is a comfort to know that Napleton's Palm Beach Acura is always able to give me the treatment that I deserve and always has available courtesy loaner vehicles for me to drive while they are servicing my vehicle. I will also be purchasing my next Acura from Napleton's Pallm Beach Acura. More
My experience with Napleton Acura has been nothing other than superior. All staff have been courteous, friendly and very helpful no matter the question or need. A recent experience with the service department has once again confirmed this opinion. During a routine oil change it was discovered that my car had a mechanical problem. Richard McDaniels was my service advisor and went the extra mile to attain approval to assure this repair would be covered by warranty even though it was initially questionable. Richard has gone out of his way to assure my satisfaction with Acura and my overall experience with Napleton Acura. This dealer gets very high marks in my opinion. Dave Owens More
