All of my questions on details of the leases and on the car itself were answered promptly and clearly. Over the years, I often felt I needed to be on defense in the car buying/leasing experience. Not here! My experiences with the service department over the terms of my 1st two leases have also been very positive. The minute you drive in the door, a friendly service coordinator is there to determine your needs, provide you an estimate and an approximate time of completion. They keep you updated while the work is progressing. The facilities for waiting are excellent, and a loaner is offered when necessary. More
