I scheduled an appointment to get brakes on my RDX replaced. Service Team quickly came over to greet me as well as begin processing car for service. From the moment you pull into the Service bay, you are treated by a warm welcome and promptly directed to the service desk. Other members of the team, including Bill, took the time to introduce themselves to me and chat while I waited. Cody reviewed my service history and kindly provided recommendations. I was promptly give a new loaner vehicle. Throughout the process I was contacted by Cody to updates to set my expectations and then again the following day to ensure my vehicle was running smoothly. Rick provided me with excellent communication in regards to the service Patrick Quinn performed on our RDX. As a former employee and now a customer I have always known Acura prides themselves on their custo to the service Patrick Quinn performed on our RDX. As a former employee and now a customer I have always known Acura prides themselves on their customers satisfaction. The technician diagnosed a vibration that was occurring between 30-70 MPH, we were told by the Dealership we purchased the vehicle at it was a tire vibration. Pat provided a very detailed and precise diagnosis of the issue and laid out a solution to rectify the problem, which was determined to be drivetrain related. We also had a software update and the transmission is shifting better then it ever has. Thank you Acura, Rick and Pat! Top notch service More

Needed a fast oil change Last Wednesday, after seeing that I needed an oil change before a 500 mile weekend trip, I called Acura of Peabody on Thursday morning. By the time I Last Wednesday, after seeing that I needed an oil change before a 500 mile weekend trip, I called Acura of Peabody on Thursday morning. By the time I got to the dealership, there were 2 cars ahead of mine. After about an hour and a half, I had to leave and, looking into the service bay, saw my car. I assumed that they had yet to service it and told them I couldn't wait any longer. "No, no...that's your car and it's all done". I was very appreciative to say the least. More
