Worst experience ever From the time that I dropped my car off until the time that I picked my car up, the entire experience was horrible. I pulled my car into the shop and From the time that I dropped my car off until the time that I picked my car up, the entire experience was horrible. I pulled my car into the shop and then had no idea where to go from there. I stood in the waiting area for 20 minutes until someone came to get me. The lady who walked me through what they were going to do to my car was nice. When she called me to pick up my vehicle, I went straight to the dealership. Upon arrival, I was pointed in the direction to pay for my services and then I was given my keys. I was told that my car was alongside the building, but then after walking alongside the building I noticed that my car was in the back of the building (no big deal - side of the building/back of the building, same difference). As I walked up to my car, I noticed that the passenger side of the windshield had an entire piece missing and the driver side mirror that they were supposed to fix wasn’t fixed, even though I paid for it. A refund was made for the mirror not being replaced, but for the other missing part they told me that I brought my car in that way. I asked for video footage, and the assistant manager told me that there were no cameras. We then did a walkthrough in the car wash to see if the piece was in there, which it wasn’t. I then had to leave the lot with my car ruined all thanks to them. All in all, I would not recommend anyone to get their car serviced here because they do more damage to your car than they do fixing it. More
