Great Buying Experience I recently purchased a certified used MDX from Acura of Peabody and I must say the whole experience was great (and who says that about car buying, rea I recently purchased a certified used MDX from Acura of Peabody and I must say the whole experience was great (and who says that about car buying, really?!) . I first looked online and was interested in a new RDX and submitted an online request and Steven reached out to me via phone to talk and set up a time to come in. When I did come in and met with Steven, I realized the MDX was the better vehicle for me and he helped me price out new and used options for what I wanted. He was very upfront and knowledgeable and I believe I bought at a fair price (no uncomfortable negotiations). It was the end of the night during their President's Day event when I was considering purchasing my car and Steven make himself available after hours and even on his day off to close the deal. When I came to pick up my car even though he was busy with other customers, he took the time to go through the car (I was not rushed at all) and all it's technology, etc. and he even offered more assistance if needed in the future. Steven has a great personality and he really went the extra mile which makes a big difference. Great experience with also with Vanessa in Finance (she make the process painless and fast) and great car - I love it! If you are in the market for a new car go see Steven, you will not be disappointed! More

The vehicles sell themselves but Steve's input was the icing on the cake. I can't say enough good things about this dealership; the staff there are professional, intelligent, and friendly. Top Notch Dealer I had my best car experience ever. I felt like I was buying a Ferrari. Dealership is beautiful and very classy. The detailing department is extremely thorough as I have seen some horrible cars going thru reconditioning at other dealers. Mike Doherty was awesome and made my experience amazing. Mike delivered my car 45 minutes away in New Hampshire to make life easier for me. Just a classy operation. More

David talked us through the highlights of the MDX we were interested in with polite tones and set us up for a test drive. 5 dealerships, we felt the most comfortable with him throughout the experience. My car was returned with damage after the service I used this dealership after reading the reviews. Unfortunately after the last service, I noticed damage on the door. My service advisor (Mark Zayak)w I used this dealership after reading the reviews. Unfortunately after the last service, I noticed damage on the door. My service advisor (Mark Zayak)would not return my call. The service team asked me to work with Jeffrey Brown(service director). He wouldn't confirm his availability and the team at the office declined to help . I wouldn't recommend the dealership because of the poor handling of the car and poor customer service. I plan to search for a new dealership to service my 2 acura's. I am also reporting this to acura so that they understand the customer complaints. More

Erin Guendner was my point person was (again) exceedingly well prepared, professional and communicative. We were in frequent contact during the course of the repairs and I was able to return the loaner at my convenience the next day. Erin Guendner was in frequent contact with me about pricing, additional suggested work and timetables and was very professional throughout the process. She was able to help me reduce some costs and actually took the time proactively to get my car inspected (since it was due this month) which saved me the trouble of having to do it myself. Bad customer service The salesperson at this dealership was very unprofessional after requesting a quote and letting him know what I was looking for. Eventually, he responded to my email with a bunch of LOL's and "you could never get that" type of responses. Though I agree the price was lowballed, that is part of the negotiating process. Instead, the salesperson, Mike Doherty, decided to strong arm and respond unprofessionally. I would not recommend this salesperson. The dealership in general may have other salespeople who are a pleasure to work with but I would not recommend working with Mike Doherty. More
