My car buying experience at Acura of Peabody was absolutely exceptional. From the very start, Frank Gambone (my sales manager) helped me to choose the right vehicle for me. I knew I wanted an RDX bu absolutely exceptional. From the very start, Frank Gambone (my sales manager) helped me to choose the right vehicle for me. I knew I wanted an RDX but was stressed about knowing whether I wanted to upgrade to packages or not. Frank was honest from the start and steered me the right way knowing I could trust him. He was extremely communicative and assured me that the vehicle was mine even though I had to wait 2 weeks due to some title delays for my trade-in. Frank took time to walk us through every aspect of the vehicle to ensure we were comfortable. From start to finish, this was a simple process. Mark Cunningham was also exceptional as the business manager who walked us through carefully in signing the paperwork and finalizing our purchase.
