Outstanding Service and Friendly Staff I unexpectedly found myself in the market for a new car after my son totaled my previous one (thankfully, no one was injured). I don't normally enjoy the car shopping experience and becoming a "motivated buyer" against my will I went into this experience with low expectations. After visiting a number of dealerships, I was lucky enough to land at Acura of Ramsey. The team there was great! They answered all my questions and, even though they knew I was a "motivated buyer" I felt no pressure to make a hasty decision. Stu was a "rockstar" and made me feel like I had been a customer of his for years. He walked me through the process from beginning to end and made sure I was completely satisfied with my choice of model, features, and then Dave explained all my financing options. Stu even arranged for my wife and I to see the actual car I was buying on the off site lot (near the dealership) prior to committing. Joe, the GM, even popped in to make sure we were pleased with our purchase. He also made us feel like we had been customers for years. The team certainly won my loyalty by turning a potentially stressful experience into a pleasant one. I recommend this dealership highly. More

Acura with the personal touch! We worked with Manny who went the extra mile to get the deal done on a CPO MDX. They were also thorough and fair with our trade-in. Not only were we pleased with the deal and the car (and their pricing was excellent), but when a scheduling conflict made it difficult to pick up the car, Manny drove it out to us and did the deal in our living room. Car buying does not need to be a painful experience and the folks at Acura of Ramsey have earned loyal customers for life from us by going the extra mile! More
