an altogether new level of dis-service I would not have thought it possible to be jerked around the way I was today. They have a great website, and it showed the exact car(trim level, color etc) that I want to buy. Rather than wait for the reply via email(which still has not come), I went to the showroom. The receptionist took my name, and told me that I had an assigned salesman. So I waited. He was nowhere to be found. So I waited. When I had another gentleman offer to help me in the interim, the receptionist walked across the floor, interrupted and said she told the salesman that I was there. So I waited some more. When the salesman showed up, he had another customer. A normal reaction might be to get someone else to help, but no. Not at Ramsey Acura. That did not happen. After overhearing the salesman talk trade to his customer, I got a chance to ask him if his trade in appraiser would look at my trade. He told me point blank that that would have to wait until after talking about car I wanted to buy. He then returned to the customer he has sitting at his desk. Valuing my trade could have bought him a bit of time, but no. Not at Ramsey Acura. So I waited some more. When I had tired of waiting, I interrupted the salesman to tell him that I would be touring the parking lot. This gave him plenty of time to either finish up, or get someone else to help me. But no, not at Ramsey Acura. When I ran out of things to see in the parking lot, I figured I would try again. I returned to the showroom. The other customer was still sitting at the salesman's desk, and there was no salesman in sight. I stopped at the receptionist desk again to say that I had run out of time. I got a very pleasant apology. The normal thing to do would have been to get someone else to help me. But NO, not at Ramsey Acura. Thank God, there are other places to shop that value the customers, and don't jerk them around. More
Great Service from the very beginning!!! Tyler was very helpful when it came to assisting me with getting the right car at the right price. I was impressed with the way that Tyler and Elio followed up with me from beginning to end and I must say that even though I was running late on the day that I had made the purchase; the entire team at ACURA worked the extra time and put in the extra effort to make sure that I drove my ACURA home that night!!! Everything that both Tyler and Elio offered was delivered as promised. Very honest and to the point!!! The finance process was a walk in the park, JB was on point!!! Job well done guys!!! I will be getting my next ACURA from you again!!! More

Amazing experience I initially started my car search with Park Ave. Acura. I went to a guy who was referred to me by a friend so I figured he would help me out and give I initially started my car search with Park Ave. Acura. I went to a guy who was referred to me by a friend so I figured he would help me out and give me some sort of help. Well the salesperson there literally got my cat appraised and told me the numbers I was dealing with and when I told him the numbers weren't writhing my price point he basically told me to settle for something else and that they didn't have what I wanted anyways. I am fairly young and he definitely gave me the you're wasting my time feeling. I so then proceeded to attempt Acura of Ramsey on which I asked for Manny which I had previously known of and knew he sold cars at Ramsey. He greated me at the door, very professional and welcoming deminer. I brought my daughter and she wasn't being the most cooperative but Manny did everything in his power to make her feel comfortable and even went to the extent of going to buy her cookies she kept asking me for. He answered all my questions and concerns and not once did he make me feel like I was asking too much or wasting his time. This was the fastest I had ever purchased a car usually takes me months to settle. This time it took me two days and I went home with my new car the second day. Thank you Manny More
Great buying experience, ethical business people. We purchased a CPO 2012 Acura MDX. They had a wide selection. We went to another dealership closer to home first, but waited for 30 minutes and no o We purchased a CPO 2012 Acura MDX. They had a wide selection. We went to another dealership closer to home first, but waited for 30 minutes and no one came out to greet us. Plus the cars were all dirty and not well presented. So we took the 45 minute drive to go to Acura of Ramsey. Cars were clean and well presented. Within 5 minutes, Manny Cordero approached us and helped us in a personable, soft sales way. He was a pleasure to deal with and I will deal with him again in the future. We found our car and went for a test drive. Liked it and sat down to do the the financing for $32,500. After the paperwork had gone to the finance guy, Dave Schnapper, I realized I did not check the online price. It was $1,500 less! I asked Manny about this as during negotiations, there was no wiggle room. He went to his manager and they honored the web price. I've read where some dealerships will change the web price while they are "checking with the manager." I went so far as to take a snapshot of the $31,000 price, in case I needed it. I did not, no games, no gimmicks, ethical folks. Dave Schnapper the finance guy was also a pleasure to deal with. The paperwork, etc. was seamless. During negotiations, they agreed to repair the leather in the back seat, which was done last week. My only complaint would be to have the service people oversee this process rather than the sales person. The process was a little frustrating for my wife, but Dave took it upon himself to get it done and gave my wife a loaner for the day. Manny was out, and quite frankly, I'd imagine this is not one of Dave's responsibilities. Now that is service! Car runs great, looks great and we couldn't be happier. Rafael provided a prompt response, with no pressure to come down for a test drive as he knew i was also considering an Infiniti QX 60. Finally was able to get to the delaer over a week later, was promptly greeted, and assigned to another salesman as Rafael was out. Test drive went well, price provided was quite good, and returned a few days later to buy. Vinicio and Rafael were pleasant to work with when completing the paperwork for the sale, As Rafael was off, and Vinicio busy when i returned to pick yup the car, another salesman, Maher, showed me the intriccaies of the car. Overall, a very well done experience. More
