They streamline everything for you, making the experience so smooth and enjoyable. I can say equally wonderful things about their service department, who bends over backwards to help their customers. I would never consider buying or leasing another Acura from anyone but these guys. More

Rafael Figuereo was courteous, efficient, patient, and his prompt email replies made the buying process straightforward. He worked to immediately resolve any small or potential issues we could have encountered along the way, was extremely knowledgeable about the car's features, and I felt that he genuinely cared about me as a customer. He was even able to have me picked up at the Allendale train station since I came from Long Island by train after a two and a half hour trip. I am still shocked that I was able to come in on December 31st, complete the purchase process, and pick up the car with all options installed on the same day. I will remember this buying experience for the rest of my life, especially since this was our first new car purchase. The price was excellent as well and there were absolutely no pressure tactics to upsell or shift the initially quoted great price. I will not hesitate to refer all of my friends to Rafael Figuereo specifically and to Ramsey Acura in general. The financial paperwork was ready and the signing process was spectacularly efficient: all of my questions were answered about the paperwork and I wish I remembered the name of the young man who guided the signing of the financial and other documents - he was well prepared as well. Rafael's care, honesty, and dedication completely changed my perception of what the car buying process should be. From the minute we walked in the door we were warmly greeted by Stu Fogler, who we have had the pleasure of working with in the past. Once again, he proved himself to be a great guy, professional, efficient and very knowledgeable, taking the time to answer any questions we might have had. He handled all the details, making the paperwork process effortless for us. We couldn't be more happy with our new RDX and look forward to a continuing relationship in the future. We all understand that car dealership are in the business to make money and unfortunately most places make this very difficult and are sleazy. THIS PLACE ISN'T LIKE THAT ONE BIT. They are PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL, AND value their clients very much! I visited another Acura dealership on RT 17, and they were atrocious. I would recommend Acura of Ramsey to ANYONE! More
