Great Experience The morning after my web search for a used Acura TSX I got a call from a guy named Manny Cordero at Acura of Ramsey saying they just got a 2009 Acura The morning after my web search for a used Acura TSX I got a call from a guy named Manny Cordero at Acura of Ramsey saying they just got a 2009 Acura TSX in and it probably wouldn't be there for long. They hadn't even had time to photograph it. I came in and Manny took me through the various features offered on this TSX, including the tech package which was new to me. He was well aware that this was a year of the TSX that is considered one of the best for this model. Well, the folks there then gave me a fair rate on my trade-in and brought the TSX to a price I was happy to pay. They detailed the car beautifully for me and when I picked it up a few days later I was thrilled. It really looks brand new. Dealing with these folks couldn't have been more pleasant and they couldn't have been more helpful even later when I came in to get my plates and registration. This is the easiest car purchase I've made I'm my life. So thanks to Manny Cordero and the crew at Acura of Ramsey. I couldn't be happier. More

I was greeted promptly by the assistant sales manager, Stu, who seemed genuine in asking what I was interested in. I told him which car I wanted to see, he handed me the keys, showed me the car's basic features, and sent me on a test drive telling me to return in a little while. I loved that! There was no pressure, and I was not confined to the vehicle with a sales person when test driving the vehicle. Upon my return, I met with the Stu, and again, I felt so comfortable. Aside from absolutely falling in love with the RDX, the fact that Stu was so friendly, courteous and honest really sealed the deal. It was nice not having to broker a deal, bargain, haggle or negotiate. Everything was very clear and concise; it was truly refreshing! Also, working with Juan, the finance manager, was equally as enjoyable. I was so exceptionally happy with the entire experience, from start to finish, and absolutely love my new car! More
