I knew that I would have the same great experience when visiting Ramsey Acura to consider leasing another Acura. Stu was available immediately, and answered all of my questions. When I decided to lease an Acura TL again, Stu made sure that the process was quick, organized, and efficient. It honestly couldn't have been any easier, and I enjoyed spending the time finalizing the lease details. Stu is friendly, helpful and has a great rapport with his team. He was able to put me into my dream car at a price I could not pass up! I walked in on a Saturday to test drive an ILX and was able to drive it off the lot the following Thursday. He surprised me with all weather mats in my car that are the perfect way to keep it nice and clean during our harsh winter months. He even came back out to Windex my driver side window after I put it down because he felt they were a bit streaky and wanted me to leave the dealer with it in pristine condition! I could not be more excited for my new car and would recommend anyone looking to purchase a luxury car at an extremely affordable price to Stuart Fogler at Acura of Ramsey! Love my new white ILX! Barry was the first person to ask us if we needed any information. He directed us to visit the Acura website for specs on the vehicle. After careful research, we came back to test drive the RDX and Barry had given us his business card with his hours listed so we contacted him to set up a test drive. Upon arrival, Barry met us and had the car already to go. I was pleasantly surprised that we were allowed to take the test drive by ourselves without any influence from a sales person. I really appreciated that opportunity to test drive without sales pressure. Once, we returned, we had decided to crunch the numbers and Barry did a good job of including a trade-in on my Ford Escape. The pricing was good and there was no sales pressure which made the purchasing experience easier than previously. We visited the financial manager to complete the sale and we were not over pressured into buying the "typical extras." They were mentioned and left up to our discretion. Upon pick up of the vehicle, everything was in order and Barry helped to get my phone paired with the Bluetooth system and went over the basics. I also like the idea that if I need help with the computerized navigation system,etc they are available to help us. More

My list of I'm So Happy I Could Cry... That is exactly how I felt upon leaving Acura of Ramsey with my new (well new to me) 2009 Honda CRV AWD EX-L. My list of things I hate to do is short, but buying a car is up there in the top three. When my Audi hit over 100k miles, I felt it was time to begrudgingly start looking. October 2013, I visited Acura of Ramsey and met with Rafael Figuereo. He was very courteous and professional. I test drove an Acura. For me, at that time, I was not interested in the car. I had Mercedes on the brain, so I left. Rafael was excellent with follow-up. In the meantime I was still looking. I cannot begin to describe the level of unprofessionalism I encountered at other dealerships. I did find a Mercedes from a very reputable MB dealer, but guess what? I did not get approved. At the same time even Kohl's turned me down. Talk about embarrassing. Meanwhile Rafael is still checking in on me to see my status for buying a car. At this point, I was looking at chop-shop lots where they hit you over the head with bogus fees and just plain rude. I'm not giving my hard-earned money to some idiot. I was ready to give up and feared not getting approved. But Rafael still kept calling to check in. I would periodically look on the Acura of Ramsey website for pre-owned. Everybody and their mother told me Honda is an excellent choice. At this time is when I started to consider the CRV. I talked to Rafael and told him my concerns. This is after five months since my first visit. Rafael via email or phone kept in contact with me over five months for purchasing a car! I did not encounter that anywhere else. Well, persistence pays because I came back March 13th, 2014 and left with my new car. The whole process went so smoothly. Elio gave me a very fair price for my trade-in. I was very satisfied with the price they offered. Then I sat in with David Schnapper for the financing. He is a miracle worker because I got approved! Do you know he is a Top 50 Sales Excellence Gold Master in the U.S.? What does that mean? It means he can get you approved! You can leave with a beautiful new vehicle and big smile like I did! Did I mention I LOVE my new car? It's so cute... white, leather interior, immaculate & drives so nice. Afterwards, Rafael did the courteous follow-up email and phone call which was appreciated. I would absolutely recommend Acura of Ramsey for purchasing your car. From the moment you walk in and the very nice receptionist greets you, you feel comfortable. For a female consumer looking to buy a car, this is so important! So ask for Rafael FiGuereo when you want to be treated with respect and get that new car. More
