I made my way to this dealership upon the recommendation of a friend that was beyond satisfied with her purchase last year. I drove in with my 2011 tsx which was well over my allotted lease miles and was a of a friend that was beyond satisfied with her purchase last year. Stuart was awesome and everything went so smooth and so fast and he took care of every one of my concerns like it wasn't a problem at all (like it obviously was at the other acura deslership I originally purchased the car from and wanted to return the business to that wasn't too helpful). Stuart and "BowTie Guy" went above and beyond any other salesman I've experienced and made this a stress free experience. There was no pressure and it was a friendly atmosphere and a GREAT overall experience. I would recommend Stuart and BowTie Guy and this dealership as a whole to EVERYONE! I went to Acura of Ramsey and purchased my pre-owned Acura TL. I hate buying cars, it's tedious and time consuming. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by Acura of Ramsey. He took his time to show us everything about the car. I was a bit intimidated by the technology package, and Manny set the entire system up for me; put in my phone numbers, addresses, even set up my blue tooth. I got a very fair price on the car and was very impressed by the dealership and in particular our salesman. Would definitely go back again and definitely would recommend Acura of Ramsey to others. My last RDX was leased at Park Avenue and I was satisfied. As my lease was expiring I did receive a call from Park Avenue about continuing to lease. I gave them my allowance and that I was ready satisfied. As my lease was expiring I did receive a call from Park Avenue about continuing to lease. My company Craig Scott Entertainment called Ramsey Acura and we moved into a car rather quickly. I know Stuart even searched for the color vehicle I was interested in and found it. When I arrived to pick up the car the paperwork was prepared and the vehicle was ready and waiting. I have leased and purchased many cars in the past but I do have to thank Stuart for making this most recent transaction one of the most pleasant experiences. He was more then helpful and certainly answered all my questions. I also appreciate the fact that he went outside in the rain to put on my new plates.
