Manny was the most helpful person I have ever worked with. I came into the dealership just wanting to talk about future car deals, and I left with an Acura TSX. He is a very good car salesman and doesn't feed around the bull***, he tells you straight up how its going to be and I loved that about him. It's a breath of fresh air after dealing with so many dealers in the past I finally found people that are willing to help you find exactly what you want without pushing you into a deal you're not really sure of . Manuel Cordero was extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process. I was very unhappy with my previous car purchase at Nissan and he reassured me that he would make sure I got into something that I loved!!! He showed me a few of my options in my price range I signed the paperwork and he took it from there. Manny and JB made the process quick,easy, and rewarding. They got me out of a lease which I thought would be impossible ! To anyone looking to get into a new or used car I would highly recommend going to see Manny at Acura of Ramsey. I had been using Honda from 2005-2011, then I leased with Acura of Ramsey in 2011 with the TL. I just recently turned in my TL for the newly modeled 2014 RDX, which I am leasing now. We are happy with the SU Acura of Ramsey in 2011 with the TL. I just recently turned in my TL for the newly modeled 2014 RDX, which I am leasing now. We are happy with the SUV, it rides great. The sales at Acura has always been top notch, taking care of our needs without any pressure. We were very satisfied with Emmanuel Cesar. He took the time to tend to our needs and wants, explaining any details we wanted to know about each model as well as made sure we test drove all vehicles to get a feel for what we wanted and the features we needed. The process did not take long and we were in our new car in no time. David was very no nonsense, explained the terms and what packages were available, again no pressure, just presented what was available to us to purchase with the vehicle. Looking forward to the next lease. More

Wh After going from dealership to dealership, trying to lease a car with no luck, I finally came to Manuel Cordero at Acura of Ramsey. While other dealerships advertised certain prices and deals, when I sat down with others either the price wasn't right or the vehicle they offered wasn't what I was interested in. I refused to jump into a car I didn't want for a price I couldn't afford. It wasn't until I had decided to give up, when my sister informed me Manny had been working for Acura and was putting lots of people we knew in cars for great prices. He was willing to go above and beyond to help get me in a car that I wanted for a price that was in my range. The process was unlike other dealerships, sitting there for hours, with someone who was only interested in making a sale, trying to come to a conclusion, instead I went to the dealership in Ramsey on Thursday and although the car was available to be picked up on Friday, I drove away in my new 2014 Acura ILX on Saturday. Not only did Manny get me in the car I had been wanting for over six months, but he was able to give me the car for less than I had budgeted myself for which was great. He was very helpful, very attentive and extremely patient with me, as I am not the easiest person to explain things to. I felt as though he was not solely focused on making a sale but helping me get what I wanted and being mindful of the amount that I'd be paying monthly. They worked as a team, it was a group effort, Manny got me in the door and sold me the car but he had help from David Schnapper which was also very helpful and patient with the financial part of the deal. Everyone was extremely polite and willing to help. After receiving notice my plates were in, I went to the dealership and my sales rep, Manny, was off but Elijah Ospina, a new employee Manny had been training during my leasing process, was available and even installed my plates for me, I thought that was very amiable. Overall, I would give the dealership a 10 out of 10 if I could from being helpful, patient, and pleasant to informative and caring. Manny was exceptional during the entire process. I love my car and am glad nothing worked out for me in the past because it led me to a great sales rep, a pleasant dealership and last but definitely not least an amazing deal. More
