After leasing MDX's since they first came out, I entered the Ramsey dealership to price a lease on the RDX, as I no longer need third row seating. He gave me a quote that didn't even come close. When I let him know that the competition down the road was willing to give me the price (but I was willing to give the dealership I had worked with for 15 years have first crack at it) he badmouthed the other dealership and told me they would bait and switch with the leasing bank.... WRONG. I got the deal I was looking for down the road and it was, indeed, Honda Finance Corp.. no smoke and mirrors. The deal took exactly 5 minutes. So much for trying to be a loyal lesee! More

This was our third car purchase from Acura of Ramsey. I've purchased 2011 Acura TL and the lastest purchase was 2014 Acura TSX for my wife. The closest dealership from where I reside is Park Ave Acura, I've purchased 2011 Acura TL and the lastest purchase was 2014 Acura TSX for my wife. The closest dealership from where I reside is Park Ave Acura, however I prefer to business with Ramsey because they treat you like a family. My sales person was Arthur Nevruzian (Artie). He is a pleasant to work with, doesn't pressure you into purchasing or leasing on the spot, and doesn't not give you the run around with the price. Another thing that impressed me with this dealership was that, my wife was considering other models (Lexus, Infiniti, Nissan, etc), and when Ramsey asked us what other models were were considering, we told them that she test drove Lexus IS250, Nissan Altima, etc, and Ramsey told us they were good and dependable cars and had nothing negative to say about other manufactures, whereas other dealers which I won't mentioned had nothing good to say about their competitors. I know it's all business but I felt more connection with Ramsey, and I would definitely recommend Acura of Ramsey to those who are considering Acura. More

Most importantly he was very patient and thoroughly explained the financial obligations with us as we were trying to decide if we should lease or finance the car, in our case the TSX. At no point did we feel pressured to make a decision nor did we feel we were being rushed. We can also say the same with the finance gentleman as well (his name escapes me at the moment). We told Stu which car we wanted and he put together a great lease deal without all the typical "sales pitch" junk that drove us away from other dealerships. Even though Ramsey is 75 miles from our home, the trip was well worth it. Stu made this the most pleasant car leasing experience we have ever had.
