We were greeted by numerous employees in the showroom and not jumped upon. David Shamberg is the salesman who helped. David was polite, said he'd be there until 6:00pm and never had an attitude that he didn't believe us. We returned at 6:05pm and luckily David was still there. We proceeded to discuss the car, whether to lease or finance and what packages I'd want to add. Since we were still considering another car we said we'd get back to him. Once again David thanked us for coming back and looked forward to seeing us again. Since he was going to be on vacation for the next two weeks and I was due to have minor surgery we exchanged email addresses and phone numbers. The day David returned to work, we called and met with him in the afternoon. We picked up my new car the following day. We chose Ramsey Acura as we already have the largest sedan from them but also wanted a smaller for me. Since our experience in the past with the sale and service has been so great, we wouldn't think of using any other Acura dealership. More

Great pickup/buying experience despite it being "only" a fleet program purchase (they negotiate with the fleet admin). They were just as courteous and attentive at my pick up as any customer. I went to several other dealerships in the area (BMW, Audi, Infiniti) and if any of them showed half of the enthusiasm and professionalism that I experienced with Stuart at Acura, they may have had a shot at selling me a car. Stuart is incredibly knowledgeable and handles everything you need him to with the utmost urgency. The customer truly comes first with him. He works to get to know you and understand what your needs and limitations are and then does his best to find the best fit for you. The overall experience both times I've been there and worked with him has been absolutely dynamite. More
