This is the 2nd Acura MDX I have bought from Acura of Ramsey. Everyone one was very helpful and friendly. From sales to finance to the service dept. It was stress free the whole time. He was a pleasure to do business with from start to finish. David was a non pressure salesman who actually knew his product. He gave my a wonderful price that was easy for both parties to agree on. It was not the usual long drawn out process with 10 trips from us back so the sales manger. One trip was all it took and the deal was done. David got me rolling out the door in my new 2014 Acura MDX in a few hrs. This included him taking a trade, doing all the paper work and having my accessories installed by the service dept. Who did a wonderful job. When it was time for delivery David took the time to explain all the functions of the new car. I never felt rushed or he just wanted me gone because the deal was done.In fact he could tell I was not comfortable with the new touch screen. He refused to let me leave until I had a better grasp on how it worked. Whats more to say. Great salesman, great price,great dealership. 100% satisfied. More

While shopping and test driving a new Acura RDX, I visited a few dealerships in the Northern NJ area, including one in my town. He managed to make the entire process completely pain free and at no time did I feel that I was being given a run-around or confusing information.
