The shopping and purchasing process at Ramsey Acura was professional from start to finish. Artie was patient and respectful and never used a "hard sell" approach. I was delighted when he beat it by 20 basis points. There is a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction at this dealership. Case in point: Two days after I took delivery of my MDX I noticed the traffic monitoring function in the Nav system was not active. I went back to the dealer. Rather than simply shuffle me down to Service, Artie struggled to trouble shoot the problem. He couldn't. Soon the Service department was involved. There were calls to AcuraLink in California. Tom from Service offered me a car to take while they kept mine to hopefully fix the problem. I was very impressed with the sense of urgency everyone had to fix this problem! (The problem turned out to be a computer server glitch in California and had nothing to do with my car. It was fixed a couple days later.) More
