Two years ago, Stu Fogler was highly recommended to me by a friend. I went to Acura of Ramsey and purchased an RDX from him on the spot. Each person I met was helpful in the purchasing process. A week ago, I received an email from Stu letting me know that I would be able to purchase an RDX 2014 and pay similar payments. I called him on the phone to find out when he would be there because I only wanted to work with him and I showed up later that day. After spending time with me, showing me the vehicle, looking at my options, I purchased a 2014 Acura RDX. Once again he took the time with me to discuss everything that I wanted to. He listened to what I had to say and worked on the purchase price with me in order to meeting my financial capabilities. In addition, I had the opportunity to work with JB Navarro. JB took the time to explain all of the aspects of the financial obligations. He searched for a better interest rate for me as well as went through each warranty, my credit score (even gave me a print out of all of my information) as well as additional warranties that I may have wanted to purchase. At no time, was a pressured into buying anything or speed up my long questioning process. Both Stu and JB were friendly, patient and understanding of my needs. Did internet surfing originally for a price quote and David contacted me within minutes of request. Of course a buyer would always like to buy a car for next to nothing, but the price he wound up giving me was very fair (well under what any other Acura dealer was offering). He held the car I was interested in until I drove up to meet him later that afternoon. No surprises when I got there and extremely pleasant person to work with. Signed the deal and went back a few days later to pick up the car. Everything went smoothly and they also gave me a great deal on an extended warranty. This is the second time I purchased from them (got a brand new TL back in 2005) and I would never deal with anyone else in the future except them for an Acura. More

He was also very patient when explaining all of the tech stuff on the new 2014 MDX that I recently purchased. This dealership is clean, the people are all friendly and really go out of their way. If Stu can't get you the color car you want, nobody can! The whole transaction from beginning to end was seamless. Dave Schannper is so knowledgable when it comes to the tech stuff in the vehicle.
