I did tons of research online to find the best car possible for my wife and our family. After talking with several dealerships, we walked into Ramsey Acura for a test drive. Mitch Gruick was very professional and hands-off when needed to be. Allowing my wife and i to test drive the MDX solo was a great experience. After that test drive, my wife said the search is over, and this is the car that she wanted. I went back to the dealership that evening to discuss numbers and they were very competitive. Mitch and Stuart came down to a reasonable price and worked with me. I returned the following night and left as a first time Acura MDX owner. Even though i received a slightly lower price from another dealership, i stuck with Ramsey b/c Mitch and Stuart were very professional and personable. They worked with me to give me the best deal and experience possible. More

David is personable and attentive without being cloying or pushy. He answered questions clearly and made the transaction for a new lease and turn in of my old TL hassle free. David Schnapper is the best! He made the car buying process extremely fun, and with absolutely no stress involved. We were making a choice between the Lexus RX and either the Acura RDX or MDX.
