Acura of Ramsey has to be the best dealership in the area. I worked with the sales manager, Stu, and plain and simple he is "The Man". I was served coffee as soon as we sat down and he spent alot of time explaining the difference in all the models. I had no intention of buying an Acura when I walked in but wound up leaving that day with a brand new Acura TL. He told me he would take my Honda Accord and take care of everything. The assistant manager Stu was delightful as well as the manager Mike. I had nothing but a very positive experience and as a result, I have recommended this dealership to all my friends. Stu Fogler was the salesman that I dealt with and he was true to his word. I told him what I wanted to pay and he made it happen with a click of a button! We spoke over the phone and I was hesitant, but decided to take the drive up route 17 anyway.....that was the best decision I've ever made. I bought my friend with me and the price was so good that she bought a car, too!! We felt so comfortable in the office, everyone was friendly while we were waiting for our cars to be ready (which may I add took a quick hour and I was driving my brand new car home!) I LOVE ACURA OF RAMSEY AND WILL CONTINUE TO SEND PEOPLE THERE, ESPECIALLY TO STU FOGLER!!!! :) More

I was refered by a friend to come to this Acura dealership and purchase a new Acura. I had a 2009 Honda lease and I wanted to trade in and lease a new 2012 Acura TSX, I knew going into this process dealership and purchase a new Acura. I knew I wanted to spend a certain amount and I did not want my monthly payments to be that high. When I walked into Acura of Ramsey Stu was waiting for me with open arms. He went above and beyond making sure I was comfortable with this entire process of leasing a new Acura. Ive always wanted an Acura but I knew that it was a little out of my price range. Stu made me feel secure with my purchase as he went step by step with my trade in process as well as the process of leasing the new Acura. After the deal was made he spent time with me going over all the features of the car. Going through all the bells and whistles that this car has to offer he even took out the time to set up my blue tooth. I went home that night in my dream car. I cant thank Stu and his team enough for truely making this car leasing experience a memorable one. I can promise you that I will not be going to any other car dealership for cars in my future or my families future. I have bought at least 10 new autos in my life and this latest purchase was the smoothest I ever had. No bs and CRAP just straight answers from my salesman,David Schnapper. First of all Dave came to work on his day off because I was flying to Hong Kong, so It was the only day I could pick it up. He had no problem coming in. Stu gave me such a good feeling, he is no way a regular car sales manager, he is more like a kind caring individual. When I cam back from Hong Kong I stopped by Acura because I had forgotten a few things (how to set up the memory seats and my bluetooth. David was there put his lunch on the side and helped me set it up. Well actually he did the whole thing. Stu also came out and asked me how I like my new Acura!!!! This Place is Great Bravo Bravo...
