Stay away. Totally incompetent service team and the service manager Danny is the rudest person ever met who could actually care less about customers. Back 4 ti Totally incompetent service team and the service manager Danny is the rudest person ever met who could actually care less about customers. Back 4 times for same issue to no avail. Filed a complaint with Honda/Acura and will be seeking better service team. Even put fraudulent charge on my card for loaner gas when I drove 20 miles and put $8 in! More

Honest, caring professionalism. Once again, I brought my Acura TL to Ramsey Acura for routine service. A few items of possible or potential concern were shared but were presented in Once again, I brought my Acura TL to Ramsey Acura for routine service. A few items of possible or potential concern were shared but were presented in an honest and balanced way so that I was then in a position to prioritize my decision to elect any additional work to be done at this time as well. In the end, I decided to have a few items added to the service but felt comfortable in making the choices I made. The overall friendly approach also ended with help in reinstalling the wi-fi cellphone interface with the Acura, which I wasn't comfortable with and a personalized "extra" I appreciated very much.
