This dealer is terrible. We put a deposit on a car with pickup slated for the next day. When we got there, they tried to increase the price. Fortunately, we had the agreed upon price in a confirmation emai pickup slated for the next day. When we got there, they tried to increase the price. Fortunately, we had the agreed upon price in a confirmation email so they had to honor it. The Finance Department was a disaster. They tried to give us a loan with a ridiculous interest rate instead of the advertised rate even though we qualified for the much lower incentive financing. They also forgot to have us sign the loan docs. We had to ask about them and then we're so incredibly rushed through that it was difficult to even confirm the loan terms on the documents. No one went over anything about the loan or the car with us. It took nearly 5 hours to complete the purchase for absolutely no reason.... Go elsewhere! More
