Julio and his service team, recently spearheaded a multi-day quest to diagnose and repair a severe over-heating/fluid-leaking condition occurring in our 1999 Acura TL. Julio and his team successfully identified and replaced defective components within the cooling system. Julio then concluded his service with an exhaustive road test of our Acura. My wife and I really appreciated how Julio organized these repairs in a very cost-effective manner. During the repair of our Acura, Julio and his team treated us with a measure of concern that is usually reserved for family members! They never turn anyone away because they are too busy. They listen to your issues and resolve them to your satisfaction. Buying a car here is the best experience one can have. Super friendly staff, explains the pros and cons of each car, and makes buying and financing the car a pleasant experience. They matched my bank rate and made sure my payments were not out of my price range. Also they DO NOT mark their cars up like many dealerships. In fact, they give many products away for free, like Spartan Shield paint and carpet protection. I can't say enough about how great this dealership is. I will not shop elsewhere! More

Their pricing is straight forward and clear. Never did we feel pressured or confused.Gary was a whiz at explaining the technology and features of my car , he was so helpful and patient. Ty, in finance was very professional and pleasant, carefully explaining options, again with no pressure. Everyone is customer focused and the result is a uniquely positive buying experience...a first for me !! It was a special treat in that it was Gil's birthday so we enjoyed burgers and his wife's home made carrot cake ...to die for!!! All dealerships could really take a page from their book. I went to Acura of the Desert to take a lo Initially I was looking to purchase a different vehicle but then I saw a promotional deal on the Acura RDX. I went to Acura of the Desert to take a look at the 2018 RDX and instantly fell in love. Oscar was the first sales person to immediately come out and greet me and my husband. He gave us all the pertinent details and comparisons with the different models. We took a test drive around the block while we talked and I never once felt pressured to buy. He was very straight forward about the prices and options. We then went inside and met with the sales and finance manager, Ty Thomas. I told him that I wanted the promotional deal that I saw advertised on TV and he gave it to me, just like that! The entire transaction took place in little over an hour and it was fast, simple, and easy to understand. Before we left, we were given a tour of the place and met with the service team and with Gil Martinez, the general manager. Everyone there was very friendly and made us feel like we were already a part of the Acura family. I look forward to coming back in for my first service. Thanks Acura of the Desert! More
