This trip started, because my '04 Jeep needed a repair. After further investigation by Adams, other, MORE SERIOUS problems presented itself. Parts of my suspension had become worn, and unsafe. The company that had the lift I had on , had gone out of business, and Adams had my '04, for about a month, trying to locate the parts I needed. They also gave me 3 options, as to what could be done to fix the problem, if the parts couldn't be found. In all my trips back to the dealer, my wife and I became comfortable with Chuck, their parts manager, I think. Also VERY FRIENDLY, was their service manager, and office staff. They made an offer on my '04 as a trade in, stating they would take my old entire lift off, and add their own BDS system, before resale. After a few more offers, we agreed on a deal, for a new 2011 4dr, JK. 3 days after taking my JK off the lot, I noticed that someone had hit my new Jeep, in the Rehobeth Beach Walmart parking lot, left no note, and pushed the bumper in on the right side. I called and talked to Chuck about another matter, and mentioned the walmart incident.To my surprise, Chuck said he could swap out my dented bumper, for a new one, just as soon as he sold someone an aftermarket bumper, which turned out to be only a few days. I took my JK back , and they swapped out my bumper, for a new one , and charged me NO MONEY , NOTHING !!.... Since, then , My wife Vicki, has Also , just completed a sale on a USED 2006 Jeep TJ , and I know any issues we have, we will be able to get them worked out, with Adams. I send EVERYONE I know to these fine people, and I know, they are getting the same , "family friendly" service....Thank You Adams Jeep !! More

Write a reference!? Are you serious !!!!!!!! My transmission went out in that xxxx car 5months after I  had it. So clearly adams didn't do a basic inspection. The dealer had the audacity to email me to write a review. So yes I'll write a review. The price was good,service was average but they do sell quality cars or ensure they cars they sell are in good shap. More

My wife and I purchased a used 2006 Wrangler Sport April 20,2011 from another dealership within the Baltimore/DC region. We were having some major problems with it and the dealer whom we bought it from was 20,2011 from another dealership within the Baltimore/DC region. We were having some major problems with it and the dealer whom we bought it from was not honoring their warranty. Actually, they stated nothing was wrong with the vehicle. So, we wanted a second opinion. A co-worker and a friend both suggested that Adams Jeep is the place to go to. So, I decided to take it to them for a look. Within an hour or so, they pulled me aside and told me what they found. There were issues...Big issues...ones that would be covered by the original dealerships warranty. We took the vehicle to the original dealer with paperwork in hand from Adams and they proceeded to fix other things, other than what Adams stated was wrong. So we took the Jeep back to Adams and this time, after raising enough stink, the Service Director from the other dealer drove from Silver Springs Md to Aberdeen Md to look at the vehicle with Adams. Finally, we got the original dealer to fix the major issues! In fact, there are still some issues that we are having worked through the original dealer...and we now have the higher ups within that company working with us...sort of... Both times I was at Adams and also when dealing with them on the phone, I felt like I was being treated as if I was family, not as a customer. And I didn't even buy my vehicle from them! I would have never expected any dealer to go out of their way to help a stranger with problems from another dealership and to treat me as if I had been a life long friend/owner/customer. They by far exceeded my expectations and have earned my business and my trust! Also, I must note...I live 45+ minutes away from them and pass several dealers that could take care of my Jeep, but I will be going to Adams!!! Adams Jeep of Maryland...THANK YOU!!! More

We were looking for a Jeep Liberty 4WD Limited blackberry blue with the 28T pkg and a few other options, and after a week without luck we stumbled upon this dealership located by Aberdeen Proving Grounds. They had a Liberty 4WD Sport that included the same options and specs as the Limited, including the leather interior and chrome trim. Upon arrival we realized that they only deal in Jeeps and are very serious about their Jeeps. They had a line-up of Wrangers and Wrangler Unlimiteds all built-up with lift kits and serious off-roading and rock-crawling upgrades. They even had a 2011 Grand Cherokee in all-black, built-up as a custom off-road beast in their showroom. Rich Norman was our salesman, and he had the Liberty waiting for us to test drive even before we arrived on the lot! After some friendly negotiation they met the price we aimed for, then went a step further and beat our credit union's finance plan (which is VERY hard to do), and even threw in a free t-shirt. :D Overall I'd give Adams Jeep in Aberdeen a full-star rating for their honest, straightforward approach, their very friendly atmosphere and courteousness, and their in-depth familiarity with Jeeps.
